Sunburn occurs when you have exposed yourself to the sun for extended period of time without wearing clothing or sunblock to shield your body from the sun’s harmful ultra violent rays. In fact, the full extent of your sunburn might not become evident until 12 to 24 hours after your initial exposure to the sun. Once you have sunburn, it can take several days to clear up. How to get rid of sunburn? Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to reverse the condition, although several simple treatments can help ease the pain and aid the healing process.

One of the simplest things you can do to help relieve your sunburn symptoms is simply to take a cold bath or shower. The cold water will help decrease the temperature of the skin that has been burned. However, depending on the temperature of the water, you should not stay in the shower or bath for more than about 10 minutes to keep from excessively lowering your overall body temperature.

You can accomplish a similar goal in between showers by applying cool, damp cloths to your burned skin. Simply dampen a towel with cool water and lay it on the impacted part of your body. Repeat when the moistened towel starts to warm or dry. Additionally, if you place several cubes of ice inside a plastic bag and place that inside a dampened towel, the fabric will stay continuously cool as the ice melts.

Keeping your skin moist will help it heal faster. You can help ensure sufficient moisture levels by liberally apply moisturizing lotion to the affected area. Lotions that contain aloe vera can be particularly soothing. However, you should make sure that the lotion does not contain alcohol, as that can dry out and irritate sunburned skin. Additionally, stay away from creams that contain benzocaine. While some people tout the effectiveness of this product in treating sunburn, many doctors caution that benzocaine-containing creams can actually irritate the skin, and in rare cases restrict the amount of oxygen blood can carry, potentially even causing death. If you are in any doubt about the proper lotion to use, consult with your physician.

A more severe sunburn may blister; this is known as a second degree sunburn. Although it may be tempting to pop the sunburn blisters to relieve their pressure, you should leave them alone. If you pop the blisters, they could become infected. To protect them, you can cover the blisters with clean gauze. That way if they pop on their own, the gauze will absorb the pus and prevent dirt from entering them.

Over-the-counter pain relievers can help reduce the inflammation caused by the sunburn. The most popular pain relievers are aspirin or ibuprofen; children and teenagers, however, should not take aspirin. Again, rely on your doctor’s advice if you have any confusion on which medication is appropriate.

As the sunburn starts to heal, the damaged skin may peel. Do not pull this peeling skin off; let it fall off naturally to avoid damaging the skin underneath. Additionally, peeling skin is often very dry, so continue applying moisturizing lotion to keep it as hydrated as possible. Visit your doctor if a fever develops along with the sunburn, if the sunburn covers a large portion of your body and develops severe blisters or if the sunburn does not improve within a few days.

To avoid becoming sunburned again, limit the time you spend in direct sunlight, especially during the middle part of the day. Also, always use sunscreen while you are performing outdoor activities. Your sunscreen should have a minimum SPF of 15 and should be reapplied several times throughout the day if you are still outside. The possibility of becoming sunburned does not mean you cannot enjoy being outdoors; it simply means you must take proper precautions beforehand.

With summer right around the corner, it’s time to break out the shorts, t-shirts, and flip-flops and enjoy some fun in the sun. One of the downsides of having too much fun in the sun is developing sunburn.

How to treat a sunburn is something that comes in quite handy this time of year. Although we try and do our best to prevent sunburn from occurring, no one is perfect and we often notice later in the night that one still developed.

Many are unaware of the proper way to protect themselves from the sun; often sunscreen alone is not enough to prevent sunburn. I’ll provide some tips to help you protect yourself from the sun, and then information on how to treat a sunburn should one develop.

Before heading out for the day, it’s important to check the UV index to see how strong the sun’s rays are. The UV Index is calculated daily by the National Weather Service, and is on a scale of 0-11; 0 signals the UV rays are not very strong and 11 means the sun’s rays are very strong and one needs to take maximum precautions for the sun. You can check the UV Index in your area here. It’s important to know that UV rays penetrate through the clouds, so you can develop a sunburn on cloudy days.

When the UV Index is above 8, it’s important to take additional precautions to applying sunscreen alone. If possible, try and cover your skin by wearing a light, breathable shirt. If it’s too hot for that, or you are out on the beach or at the pool, a wide brimmed hat will protect your face and neck from sunburn. After all, while standing, these areas are most susceptible to sunburn since they are closest to the sun. It’s also important not to forget to protect your eyes. Wearing polarized sunglasses protects your eyes from UV damage, which can lead to vision problems in the short term and future.

Sometimes, no matter how hard we try to protect ourselves from the sun, we still end up getting a sunburn. When one develops, we need to treat it right away; after all, nothing is more painful that a sunburn. Unfortunately, treating a sunburn takes time and there are no remedies that can heal it overnight. However, here are a few tips on how to treat a sunburn so that it heals quickly and you can go back out in the sun sooner rather than later:

Ice or cold towels- Keep a cold compress on the burnt skin to help relieve the burning sensation. If you can tolerate an ice pack or bag of frozen vegetables, apply it for 20 minutes and then take it off for 20 minutes to avoid frost bite. If this is too painful, run a washcloth under cool water and apply it to the area. A bath with cool water will also provide relief.

Anti-inflammatory- When treating a sunburn, you can take ibuprofen to help relieve the painful symptoms.

Drink plenty of fluids- It’s likely that if you have developed a sunburn, you are also dehydrated. Drinking extra fluid will keep you and your skin rehydrated, which helps with the healing process.

Use a moisturizing cream-The burnt skin is extremely dehydrated, and the key step in treating a sunburn is keeping the affected area moisturized. Apply a moisturizing cream to the affected areas to relieve the symptoms while healing the affected area. Aloe vera and olive oil will also keep the affected area moisturized.

Stay out of the sun- Even after the sunburn has completely healed; keep it protected for an additional day or two. When you do go back in the sun, make sure you cover that area and apply sunscreen to keep it protected. Getting a sunburn again will be even more painful than the first time.

We hope these tips will help you stay safe from the sun and show you how to treat a sunburn should one develop. Do you have a home remedy for treating a sunburn? Please share it with us in the comments below!

Bio: Adam has been busy this month helping fashionistas find the sunglasses they need to protect their eyes from the sun in style. When he isn’t busy at work, he enjoys the nice weather by biking through the city and golfing.

Whether it’s a day camp or an overnight camp, the outside activities will likely dominate the schedule. Because of this, it’s important to keep your kids skin safe from the sun. The following are some summer camp sunburn prevention tips to help protect your child’s skin while at camp.

Wearing Sunscreen

One of the best ways to protect children at camp is to make sure they have plenty of sunscreen to wear. Since you won’t be at camp with them, teach your child how to properly apply sunscreen so they can do it on their own. You should also stress the importance of frequency, as sunscreen tends to wear off quickly while swimming, sweating and participating in other camp activities. The likelihood of your child remembering to apply sunscreen while having fun with their friends is slim, so talk to the camp counselors and make sure you are on the same page with making sure sunscreen is reapplied often.

Other Sun Protection Methods

Because sun screen alone, even the best kind, won’t block out all of the harmful UVA and UVB rays, it’s best to learn other ways to maximize your little campers sun protection. It may be helpful to ask the camp director what types of things they do to combat a moderately high UV index, so you know what to expect from their end and what you will need to include in your child’s camp bag. To successfully adopt other methods of sun protection, consider having your kids:

Wear a hat, especially ones with wide brims as they offer the best protection. According to the AAP, a wide-brimmed, three-inch hat can provide sun protection to a child’s nose (SPF 7), cheek (SPF 3), neck (SPF 5) and chin (SPF 2).

If possible, avoid taking medications that cause sensitivity to the sun- at least when you know long-term sun exposure is likely.

Wear sunglasses that are meant to block 100 percent of UVB and UVA rays. It’s also best to choose glasses that wrap around your child’s temples. If your child wears contact lenses, you might ask about contact lenses that provide UV protection, too.

Pack clothing that is made of tightly-woven fabrics in dark colors. They should also be lightweight and made with wool or synthetic materials such as polyester. These types of clothing will provide more sun protection than a loosely woven white shirt. Not to mention, white tends to reflect the sun which makes it easier to burn.

Wear clothing made with Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) that is specifically designed to block out the harmful rays. The protection ranges from good (15) to excellent (50+).

Remember to use all of the above mentioned sun protection methods in combination with sunscreen. They are all meant to enhance the level of protection from the sun, and are not meant to be substituted for sunscreen entirely.

Prevention is of course the best sunburn treatment there is. Even if you feel you don’t look your best in a hat, it is best to wear one if you are going to be out in the sun. Additionally, sunscreen and sunglasses are a must.

However, I have never met anyone, young or old, that hasn’t experienced a sunburn or two. Degrees and severity of burns do vary, and sunburn treatments vary depending upon just how severe the burns are.

It is so easy to enjoy summer fun and lose track of time and forget to apply or even reapply sunscreen. Not only are sunburns painful, more and more studies show just how dangerous careless sunburns are to long term skin health and overall health in general.

What Type Of Sunburn Treatment Do You Need?

It depends on what type of sunburn you got. So what does a DANGEROUS sunburn look like?

Actually, there are 3 types of burns. 1st degree, 2nd degree and 3rd degree burns. So, what do these terms mean, and how can I tell which type I have? There are definite telltale symptoms for determining just how severe your sunburn is:

1st Degree Burns are the most common and are painful and red in color. Most people have probably experienced this type of itchy, irritating condition several times over their lifetime. Beach vacations, summer fishing expeditions, outdoor crafts fairs, family reunions and such leave many hapless victims with this type of milder sunburn.

2nd Degree Burns include all of the same symptoms as as 1st degree burns. They too are red and painful but in addition, this more severe burn includes water bubbles. Water bubbles are not only painful, and ugly-looking, they can soil your clothing and bedding, and make if difficult to sit or move in a normal way.

Depending upon where on your body the bubbles are located, it may be necessary to wear loose fitting or no clothing over the bubbled areas. Also, avoid putting yourself in the predicament of having someone pat your back or shoulders, that hurts like no tomorrow, and may cause scarring.

3rd Degree Burns are the most SERIOUS. The symptoms are described as painful, red, water filled bubbles and patches of white skin. Again, this is the most dangerous form of sunburn. This type of burn needs medical attention immediately! No one should delay seeking medical attention when white patches are present on the burn area.

NOTE: If you see red or white streaks in or around the sunburn area, go to the nearest emergency room and seek professional sunburn treatment help. These streaks could be signs of infection.

Tips for effective treatment for sunburn of 1st and 2nd degree burns ONLY. If you see white patches of skin, or red or white steaks within or around the sunburn area, do not delay, seek professional medical help. This type of dangerous burn needs immediate severe sunburn treatment.

6 Sunburn Treatment Tips

It goes without saying, but, we’ll say it anyway, stay out of the sun even if you have six days left at the beach, resist the urge to layout again.

Keep the sunburn area COOL: Apply cool compresses or take cool baths frequently.

Keep the burned areas moist: Gently apply aloe, but avoid rubbing the area as you apply the moisturizer.

Avoid popping or peeling the blisters: This does take a bit of concentration as the blisters do itch. Also, some articles of clothing such as bra straps may pass over the blisters. In this case, choose another style with different straps.

Take an over-the-counter pain reliever such as Tylenol.

Get some extra rest: Your body is healing, give it break.

Typically, it takes seven days to heal from 1st and 2nd degree sunburns, but I recently heard about an amazing treatment of sunburn that eliminates sunburn pain, blistering and even the annoying peeling in five minutes. In clinical tests it has been shown to reduce blistering and peeling by as much as eighty-five percent.

Sunburn Remedies

In this article, we discuss several different sunburn remedies that work to not only ease your pain, but aid in rapid healing.

A sunburn is a common summer ailment but sometimes it does not even take a sunny day to cause the skin to redden. Sunburn is caused by ultraviolet (UV) radiation, so as long as the sun is out, it is possible for anyone to get burned.

That means there is a risk of damaging your skin even on cold, snowy or cloudy days. Thankfully, there are sunburn remedies that can treat the face and body and offer relief for the itching, peeling and redness. Here are several sunburn skin treatment options to try:

The Homemade Approach For Sunburn Remedies

As soon as you feel uncomfortable, find a shady area. The soonest you get out of harsh sunlight, the better it is for your skin. Immediately check the skin for signs of severe sunburn such as redness and blisters. Although most sunburns are first degree burns, if you have been exposed for too long, you might require more intensive sunburn therapy.

If there are no blisters, one of the best sunburn remedies is a cool bath or shower to relieve the pain. If water is unavailable, use cold compresses. Next, pat the skin to dry and apply a cooling agent. A good first aid for sunburn is aloe vera gel. It helps calm down inflammation and cool the skin. As a sunburn treatment aloe vera is quite effective and is one of the most trusted sunburn remedies. The gel comes in a bottle or if you can find a live plant, get a stalk, cut it open and apply the gel-like flesh onto the skin for immediate relief.

Milk is also one of the best sunburn remedies. Mix some milk, a little salt and some water, soak gauze or a clean piece of fabric and apply onto the affected area for 15-20 minutes. You could also substitute plain yogurt or chilled cucumber slices.

Treating sunburn redness

After washing your skin in cool water, apply an after-sun lotion. These products are usually found on the same shelves as sun protection products. You could also apply aloe-based lotion or gel to minimize skin damage. If your eyelids are sunburned, chill some used teabags and place on the area to relieve swelling.

Treating sunburn blisters

Look for raised bumps that look like they are filled with liquid. Do not attempt to prick them or rub petroleum jelly or alcohol-based products. If you can get to a hospital or clinic, cover the blisters lightly with gauze. You might want to get treated especially if the blisters cover the face and hands since swelling might interfere with everyday activities.

Do you need to call a doctor?

Watch out for symptoms such as pain, blisters, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, headache, fainting and confusion. Should any of these occur, seek professional medical help immediately.

Best Sunburn Remedies

One of the best remedies for sunburn that is also overlooked is prevention. It is best to stay inside on days when you do not have to be unnecessarily exposed to sunlight. If you do go out, apply a good sunscreen or sunblock with a minimum of 15 SPF. Sunscreen and sunblock are know to be two of the best sunburn remedies of all time.

If you been unlucky enough to get a sunburn, then the very first thing you want to do is find a quick acting <a rel="nofollow"href="http://c36b6lkztnymigcp0klnzm5zc7.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=SUNBURNBLOG">sunburn treatment at home.

First aide for sunburn is all over the place in the form of OTC medications, but what about some of the natural fast acting sunburn treatments that don’t necessarily require a trip to the pharmacy?

In this article, we will go over some of the more popular yet effective at home treatments for sunburn that can give you both relief for your immediate pain and can also help in the healing process.

Of course, it goes without saying that prevention is much more important that having to resort to any treatment for sunburn. Wear sunscreen and sunglasses, reduce exposure to the sun between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm when the sun’s rays are the most intense.

Wear hats even if you think you look dorky, and if you are light complected, keep as much of your body covered as possible, and don’t forget to reapply sunscreen after swimming or exercising. If you follow these simple common sense steps for preventing sunburn, there will be no need for any <a rel="nofollow"href="http://sunburntreatmentcenter.com">sunburn treatment ever.

If you do find yourself red and cooked from over exposure to UV rays, here are some quick things you can do to reduce the pain immediately and to help you heal more quickly:

Sunburn Treatment At Home

Don’t delay, take a cool, not cold, 30-minute oatmeal soothing bath as soon as possible after you realize you are sunburned. This will help draw out the heat from the burned areas. Avoid taking warm or hot showers or jumping in the hot tub. Hot or even warm water will be excruciatingly painful. The idea is to keep the affected areas cool.

Drink lots of fluids to prevent dehydration. By fluids, we mean water and juices. Avoid soft drinks and alcohol including beer as these will only add to the dehydration you have suffered from the sunburn.

Avoid the temptation to break the blisters. The blisters form a natural protection to help your sunburn heal at a faster rate. Additionally, popping the blisters leaves those areas open and available for infection to set in.

Wash the sunburned areas with an antibacterial soap. This will hopefully prevent a secondary infection.

Do not use any oil based products, butter, petroleum jelly, or substance that can clog the pores, trap the heat, and cause the burn to go deeper. Also, avoid products that end in “caine”, like benzocaine. Many people have allergic reactions to these anesthethic containing medications, and there is little evidence to indicate that they are effective.

Apply aloe vera or OTC hydrocortisone cream to the sunburn. These products will keep the skin moist without clogging the pores or irritating the already damaged skin.

Take OTC pain relievers. Take anti-inflammatory medications like Ibuprofien, Aspirin, Motrin, or Advil. Take only as directed on the label, and take only until the redness and swelling begin to go away.

If You Need Sunburn Treatment For a Severe Burn

…..Consult a medical professional or the nearest ER if the sunburn covers a large part of your body, doesn’t improve within a few days, or you have severe pain or high fever. The above first aide measures are not meant to be a severe sunburn treatment, for dangerous and severe burns, you must seek the aide of your Doctor.

Typically, it takes about seven days to get over a sunburn, however, recently I discovered what I consider to be the best sunburn treatment available today, and it is a sunburn home treatment.

It is hard to imagine, but picture yourself eliminating your sunburn pain, your blistering, and, yes ,even your peeling in only five minutes. The method passes clinical tests, and gives the desperate relief you need in just a few short minutes. Your pain can really go away now! Can you envision yourself finishing your vacation pain free? It is really possible….

While over exposure to UV rays is not the most dangerous health condition in the world, it can certainly be serious if an effective sunburn blister treatment isn’t applied quickly.

Millions of people suffer with sunburn every year, and, most likely, almost everyone suffers one or two episodes each summer.

It is just too easy to stay in the sun too long and that is mainly because when we are outside having fun, the time slips away from us. No one intentionally gets red and blistered for the fun of it. Most of us are educated as to the damaging effects of sunburn, and while a mild sunburn used to be cool, that is no longer the case .

Sunburned people today are embarrassed that they let themselves get burned to a crisp from over exposure to the sun. So, if you are sunburned, you not only have to suffer the pain and inconvenience, you also have to endure the ridicule and embarrassment that goes along with your red, blistered appearance.

Sunburn Blister Treatment That Doesn’t Work…

If you have cooked your poor skin, and now look like a lobster fresh out of the boiling pot, here are five sunburn treatments to avoid:

1. More Sun Exposure – Believe it or not, many people who already have red skin and even water bubbles, will return to the beach for more UV rays, and even more serious damage to the skin. If you are already red and have blisters, stay out of the sun especially between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm when the UV rays are particularly intense. It is truly insane to expose yourself to more secondary sun damage once you have cooked your skin.

2. Loading Up On Sodas Or Beer - Drink plenty of water while you are healing from sunburn. Your body is already in a dehydrated state from the sunburn, drinking sodas and beer will dehydrate you even more.

3. Jumping In The Hot Tub – Damaged burned and blistered skin needs to stay cool not hot. Take cool, not cold baths. Oatmeal baths are recommended as they add moisture to the damaged areas. Soak in the bath for about 30 minutes; you should start feeling some relief.

4. Breaking Or Popping The Blisters – Although it is tempting to break them, leave them intact, breaking them will only slow down the healing process and it also increases the risk of infection. The blisters form a natural protective layer, which helps the burn to heal faster.

5. Use Products That End In “Caine” - Many people are hyper allergic to these products. Instead use aloe based products; aloe vera is a plant based substance which makes a terrific home sunburn treatment. Do not use oil based products as they may clog the pores and delay healing by preventing the burn from breathing. Infection could even ensue.

Sunburn Blister Treatment That Works…

If you want that burning pain to go away now, there is a simple treatment for sunburn that stops sunburn pain, blistering and peeling. It is a clinically tried sunburn treatment that reduces your painful symptoms by 85%, and it does it within just five minutes.

It is so easy to get a sunburn, and yet it is the most painful summer time skin condition that almost everyone deals with every year, so what is the fastest <a rel="nofollow"href="http://c36b6lkztnymigcp0klnzm5zc7.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=SUNBURNBLOG">sunburn home treatment?

You know the sunburn treatment that will ease the pain and allow you to get back to your fun in the sun life?

Besides the searing pain and the embarrassment of knowing you brought it on yourself, you also know from today’s media focus on the dangers of severe sunburn that you are probably facing some long-term skin damage.

Yes..Prevention is the Best Sunburn Home Treatment

The immediate pain and inconvenience where severe sunburn is concerned is just the tip of the iceberg. Certainly not a fun thing to think about, is it?

I understand you want to have a tan. I get that. I also understand you want to be outside in the sun and not be slathered up like some dork all the time. I am with you on that. You want to be and look cool; the guy on the beach with the white zinc oxide on his nose is pretty much of a joke no matter what where you go, isn’t he?

Of course, the common sense thing would be to limit your time in the sun. I am not talking about staying outside and sunning your body for only fifteen minutes or limiting your outdoor activities to evening hours. I mean, stay out for a reasonable 2-3 hours instead of 5-6 hours.

Do these things and you will have a big head start on sunburn prevention, and then you won’t have to worry about which is the best sunburn treatment.

But, if you accidentally got yourself cooked? Now what? What is the best sunburn home treatment? The OTC treatments for sunburn all work about the same, they give a little relief, but healing is still a lengthy process. You’re probably looking at a full seven days until the burn fully heals.

Sunburn Home Treatment

Of course, there are the tried and true home sunburn treatments that will definitely help soothe it. The sunburn treatment at home plan usually consists of cool baths and aloe vera jell applications.

These typical at home treatments for sunburn do work, but you can will still typically experience some degree of pain for the next 7 days. Yes that is right, you can expect to suffer with the after math of careless or thoughtless over exposure to the sun for seven long days.

You will not only be in pain, the blisters and the inevitable peeling will be gross and embarrassing, and then there is the permanent skin damage to think about.

So, what is the fastest sunburn home treatment I found something the other day that will not only limit the amount of time you stay in pain but it can also help prevent long term damage to your skin. Yip, it is the “balm” of sunburn treatments.

It diminishes the pain, blistering and even the peeling by eighty-five percent and it does it within only five minutes. There really is no other sunburn treatment anywhere that works so fast.

If you have accidentally cooked your skin to a crisp, then you are definitely in need of a powerful sunburn treatment. Some sun worshipers stay out in the sun so long that their skin resembles bright red freshly boiled lobsters right out of the pot.

This is going to sound crazy, but so many people do carelessly or accidentally boil themselves raw that I decided to write an article specifically on things that will make your sunburn worse.

I realize you can get sunburn anywhere, however often the worst ones happen on spring break and and beach vacations. These are the times when you want to hang out with your friends, toss back a few sodas or brews, and work on your tan. One of the main reasons you chose the beach in the first place was to play in the sun, right?

The last thing you want to do when you are paying for a trip is to stay inside watching television reruns on the tube. What a bummer, first day at the beach and you’re confined to the inside.

Not Considered Sunburn Treatment…

Here are some of the goofy activities people have been known to engage in to get around the sunburn issue. They wrongfully think, “I am on vacation so if I can’t be in the sun, I am going to enjoy some of the other fun activities that are offered at most popular vacation resorts”.

They head for the hotel hot tub! Not only will it be painful, it makes the burn 100 times worse. Stay out of any hot or even warm water. Your skin simply can’t take anything hot. Instead, a good sunburn home treatment that can be done almost anywhere is to take cool baths. It would be a good idea to soak in an oatmeal bath for 30 minutes or so. The oatmeal will help moisturize your damaged skin and is also a good sunburn blister treatment.

Don’t pop the blisters, it won’t make it heal faster and in fact, by popping them and peeling the skin away, you are setting yourself up for a tidy little infection. The blister covering forms protection for the raw skin underneath. Leave the blisters intact even if they do itch like crazy.

Cover up the area sunburned and go out and get a little more sun on a different part of your body. Sometimes people should get arrested for ignorance. Really, how crazy is that? Believe me there will be parts of the sunburn that will receive more UV’s, and therefore more serious damage. You obviously didn’t make the best decision the first time, but now you have another opportunity to make a good decision, try some of the at home sunburn treatments instead.

Most sunburns will last around seven days. Yip, that’s right seven days of not sleeping, hurting while wearing clothes, bending, being touched, or being in warm environments. Or, you can make a better decision and use a sunburn treatment that gives immediate relief within just 5 minutes.

Unless you have been under a rock for a very long time, and then came out to get yourself sunburned, you know that in addition to the short-term pain and inconvenience of having a sunburn, you also face, if not treated properly, long-term skin damage.

Real Sunburn Treatment

There is a new exciting treatment for sunburn that works to reduce eighty five percent of the pain, swelling, blistering, and peeling of your sunburn.

Stop suffering; find the relief you so desperately need. Severe sunburn must be treated quickly to both eliminate pain and prevent dangerous long-term skin damage. This is a sunburn treatment that works in just five short minutes to relief 85% of the usual sunburn symptoms…
